September 29th post

 The video I watched was about rounding large numbers while adding. I think this clip was extremely helpful, especially since I have been observing this video honestly helped me explain their lesson better since the teacher has me pulling kids to help them. Comparing Khan Academy to my online classes, I like them both but I like how the Khan videos go into more detail because I need to see it worked out and done before I attempt because I learn better that way. I do plan to use this in my classroom especially during my math lessons because I feel like it helps give these students a better perspective on what they are doing and learning. I think this will be very beneficial to the students that struggle more than others because this gives them that extra help and helps talk them through what is expected in each step of the problems. September 15th Post

 I plan on implementing google classroom in my classroom to help assign assignments easier. I liked how i can see what everyone is doing on my assignments and how organized it can be. As a parent, they can easily keep track of their homework and see their grades.   As the learner, this is so much easier than the sites that both of my colleges have used. I like how everything is right there and easy to access for both students and teachers. I think this is very beneficial because when students are struggling to understand how to access their work or confused on how to work their sites, they will give up and lose all interest. Some more pros about google classroom are no lost work, better engagement, less paper, easy access, exposure to online learning, and the differentiation.
